The APOA wishes to recognize local resident and Arcadia High School senior Dusty Gibbs for her recent accomplishment in being appointed the 2008 Queen of the 119th Tournament of Roses Parade.
The APOA extends our heartfelt congratulations and on October 17, 2007, presented Dusty with a $200 gift card to Nordstrom, to help her with her endeavors and responsibilities in fulfilling that position and representing the City of Arcadia.
